WonderLane (WL) solutions ltd was formed in 2011 against the mission to provide engineering excellence in the delivery of high performing EPoS and payment solutions for retail. Over the past 8 years, WonderLane has demonstrated that ambition through strong design, build and implementation in a number eCommerce, EPoS and payment platform renewal projects across the UK and worldwide. In 2018 having completed a 3 year collaboration on the delivery of PayPoint’s next generation platform (known as PayPoint One), the business merged with Canford Software best known for building the core Payment applications for a number UK FTSE 250 companies.

WonderLane reputation is built on a talented team delivering retail expertise and technical engineering excellence, in the areas of:

Our discovery phase takes a given project scope or hypothesis, against which we will validate technical drivers using: known best practice; real-life experiences from delivering EPoS systems over the last 20 year period; and an appreciation of the current marketplace demands.



Our design approach focuses on deriving a set of architectural principles which map directly back to the business and technical drivers of the project. The architectural principles in combination with the project scope are then taken forward as the basis for validating the solution design and technology choices.



Once our technical specification has been signed off, the project will be delivered using agile methodology over 2 or 4 weekly sprints.  Regular stakeholder meetings between sprints will be used to get feedback on the build as it progresses.
